Expectations (COMM 315W)

My expectations for this semester are probably like most other students and get a good grade in my classes. I would also like to use some of the communications techniques that I learn this semester, not just from this course but others as well, to help me with my current position at work.

Last semester I happened to work in a group for the entire semester and right at the beginning I was totally against it. The reason I was against it was because I felt like only a few people in the group would actually do the work and I was right. This semester I'm fortunate enough to have groups for 2 out of 3 of my courses, I say that sarcastically. I'm hoping that this semester will change my mind on group work. I'm staying optimistic, but from past experiences the odds are not in my favor.

I also expect to expand my e-portfolio. I just reinvented it over the past week to bring some personality to it. I also expect for me to add more detail to my resume page. I have a little introduction right now with a resume attached through Microsoft Word. I really want to change the introduction on the wix resume tab so it will catch peoples eye and make them want to click on my resume to learn more.
